You can download the 1.5 patch for Flirt up your life at the bottom of the page here. This is a French page but the patch is multi.
Additions:

- a bowl of fruits
- a radio, that you can use it to listen to your own MP3.
- better synchronisation of the dialogue
-a new icon when you have not enough money
Corrections :
-synchronisation of the sound when you fast foward your game
-the active action is no more cut off
-object can"t be place through walls anymore
-improuvement when stopping an action
