Here is the "Minimum required" and "Recommanded" configurations for a PC as proposed by UBISoft to play Singles 2 - Triple Trouble :
Minimum requirements:
Win 2000, XP, Me
Pentium 1,5 GHz with 256 MB RAM
DirectX 9-compatible graphicscard with 32 MB RAM and T&L support (Geforce 2, Radeon 8500 or better)
1 GB free space on your harddisc
16 Bit soundcard
DirectX 9.0c
Recommended:
Win 2000, XP, Me
Pentium 2 GHz with 512 MB RAM
DirectX 9-compatible graphicscard with 64 MB RAM and T&L support (Geforce 5400, Radeon 9600 or better)
1 GB free space on your harddisc
16 Bit soundcard
DirectX 9.0c
Personally, I play on : Pentium 3, 800MHz (with 3 ventilators inside), 512 MB RAM, GeForce FX5700 IT, Sound card 3d, WinXP pack2. The game occurs relatively well, but slow down a little during loading, save games and the passage of the apartment to the bar.

Your graphic board is compatible with Singles 2 and you don’t have any graphic problem to play the game.
Add in "commentaire" the complete description of your graphics board (click right on your desktop/proprieties/parameters) as well as the graphic set up you did in the “Option" menu of the game, if you are playing on a portable computer, please mention it.
This information will be used as references for the others players who have difficulties or doubts concerning the compatibility of their graphics board.

A restarting of the computer when launching or opening Singles 2 could be caused by the configuration of your graphics board.
In this case, it is necessary to go in the repertory of the game names "Config".
Inside there is a file named "game.cfg ". This is the file which it is necessary to modify.
NEVER FORGET to make a copy, rename and save your original file before doing anything.
Open game.cfg, with Notes-pad or WordPad from Windows, then change definition of the sizes on the following lines in order to put your game’s resolution 800*600
windowSizeX = 1024
windowSizeY = 768
fullscreenSizeX = 800
fullscreenSizeY = 600
minFullscreenSizeX = 800
minFullscreenSizeY = 600
The first lines windowSize X and Y correspond to the resolution under Windows.
FullscreenSize X and Y correspond to the resolution in full screen in the game.
The two last lines correspond to the minimum in mode full screen, which means that you will not be able to go down below this resolution in the game.
Don’t forget to save the modified file under the same name and in the same format.

Certain players will get Singles 2 in black & white after the installation!
This is a sign which your graphics board is unfortunately too old or insufficient for Singles 2. The S3 boards proved to be one of those.
In spite of the indications on the box (which advises a graphic board compatible DirectX9 with 32MB RAM). I rarely saw since the game is out on the market, Singles 2 working well with a board which has less of 128MB RAM!
The information collected on various sites and forums is telling also that the RADEON lower than 9600, would not be compatible with DirectX 9.0c included and necessary to Singles 2.The NVIDIA chip of the graphics board would not be compatible with this version of DirectX.
