The Deep Silver forum is close at the moment..

Dear Community,

The forums have been attacked by hackers yesterday evening, so the forums will stay offline until we know which security hole has been used to compromise the server. There is no point in going online again until those questions are solved. Please stay tuned.

Statement about the hacker attack

As you might have noticed, the forums have been destroyed by a hacker last week. The guy called "Eraser" deleted all the data on this server leaving quite a chaos which was discovered Monday morning. Our server logged the attack and we`re currently investigating who was behind this attack, rest assured we will find the culprid. Luckily we were able to restore 90% of the forums, no posts are lost, and we also took the chance to update to the newest version of our software to prevent such things from happening again. We`re currently still trying to get hold of the images which were stored by the users on this server. It is essential that you don`t delete any images in the IMG service sind only the images are missing and we can restore this within minutes when we get the right backups. I`m confident that this problem will also bes olved in the next days. Please enjoy the Deep Silver forums again, and a big thank you that you remained faithfull during the last days!
